This milestone marks the renewed recognition of the company’s comprehensive capabilities in software R&D, project management, and solution delivery by internationally authoritative standards. It also serves as another strong testament to Newcapec’s long-term commitment to quality and efficiency improvement as well as process optimization.
This assessment adopted the CMMI Ver 3.0 Evaluation Method (MDD). The evaluation team conducted comprehensive document reviews and multiple rounds of in-depth stakeholder interviews across 19 practice areas, including GOV, MPM, CAR, PLAN, and PCM. After rigorous and detailed comprehensive assessment, it was ultimately confirmed that Newcapec’s organizational management processes fully align with the CMMI Development View 3.0 specifications and Maturity Level 5 standards.
What is CMMI?
CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) was developed by the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University and is internationally recognized as the authoritative standard for measuring the capability maturity and project management level of software enterprises.
CMMI L5, the highest maturity level in this framework, imposes systematic requirements on enterprise-wide R&D process management, quantitative data control, and continuous optimization mechanisms. It serves as authoritative validation of a company’s technical strength and project management capabilities.
