The device meets the IP68 waterproof and dustproof standard, ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh and humid conditions. The internal mainboard is fully encapsulated with flexible sealing silicone, paired with a dedicated waterproof junction box, independent sealed battery compartment, and specialized waterproof battery, providing comprehensive waterproof protection from inside out.
Equipped with a mature and reliable wet-type rotary vane metering mechanism, the flow sensor is highly sensitive and efficient. It undergoes strict precision calibration and factory verification, ensuring accurate and stable measurement over long-term operation. This guarantees precise trade settlement and reliable water usage metering across various scenarios.
Built-in high-performance electric ball valve enables a smart prepaid water control mode. Users prepay for water, and water is supplied normally when the balance is sufficient; if the balance runs low, the valve automatically shuts off water supply. Once the balance is replenished, the valve reopens automatically. This ensures precise water usage control, eliminates manual billing and on-site valve operations, simplifies collection processes, and greatly improves water management efficiency.
Supports multiple wired and wireless communication modes, allowing scheduled automatic collection and upload of water usage data, synchronized with real-time device status. Remote valve control enables precise water supply management anytime, anywhere. The device can automatically report core parameters, including remaining battery, valve status, operational conditions, and network signal strength. The device is compatible with mainstream industry-standard interfaces and universal communication protocols, equipped with an M-Bus standard interface and supporting dual protocols EN1434-3 and Modbus RTU for strong compatibility.
