The company has over 2,000 employees, with R&D personnel accounting for 52%, and operates six R&D centers. Intelligent Manufacturing
The company owns two intelligent manufacturing bases covering an area of 66,000 square meters, with a monthly production capacity of 100,000 units, capable of meeting the annual delivery of millions of smart hardware products on a large scale. The production system is fully integrated with the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. It adopts the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for information-based production management, enabling full-process quality monitoring and product traceability.
Full-Process Quality Assurance
The company implements full-process quality control. A three-level inspection system covering raw materials, production processes, and finished product delivery has been established, ensuring zero shipment of non-conforming products. In addition, all hardware products must undergo rigorous full-process testing for reliability, environmental adaptability, and performance before mass production and market launch. The IoT Smart Terminal Laboratory, accredited by CNAS in 2015, possesses internationally mutually recognized testing capabilities. Equipped with imported high-end testing equipment, the laboratory can conduct EMC, environmental stress, and EMV financial testing, providing authoritative testing and technical services to ensure hardware quality and compliance with international certifications.
