Since 2015, Newcapec has forged a deep partnership with Huawei. To date, it has served approximately 210,000 Huawei personnel worldwide. Aligned with Huawei’s global expansion, Newcapec has progressively built a smart campus one-card and integrated service system that delivers nationwide coverage and global connectivity, establishing itself as a core partner in Huawei’s global smart campus development.
From 2015 to 2018, Newcapec built a national one-card system for Huawei, covering all its companies and branches across China. The system integrated a full range of functions, including payment, shuttle bus riding, self-service reloading, and other self-service features, and was successfully interconnected with Huawei’s existing access control, attendance management, visitor registration, and HR management systems. At the same time, Newcapec built a unified clearing and settlement platform, ultimately enabling interconnectivity for more than 200,000 personnel nationwide and significantly enhancing the convenience of internal access, consumption, and management for Huawei employees.
From 2018 to 2022, Newcapec delivered specialized, customized solutions aligned with Huawei’s business characteristics, focusing on interconnectivity and global settlement across Huawei’s 142 worldwide branches. By building a tailored, globally unified information platform for Huawei, Newcapec extended one-card management from domestic operations to international operations.
From 2023 to the present, Newcapec has upgraded Huawei’s global platform to meet indigenous technology and system security requirements. It has also migrated card accounts to online accounts, enabling payment capabilities such as QR code and facial recognition to achieve a card-free experience, thereby continuously providing solid support for Huawei’s global operations.

The platform is centrally deployed, with transactions completed within one second even in cross-border network environments, ensuring highly efficient global operations and supporting large-scale concurrent use by a massive workforce.
• Full-Scenario Adaptability
Covers a full spectrum of business scenarios, including one-card, integrated consumption, smart shuttle buses, and direct bank-enterprise connectivity, and is compatible with diverse payment and authentication methods such as physical cards and QR codes.
The collaboration between Newcapec and Huawei spans over a decade. Throughout this journey, the two parties have grown from a service provider–client partnership into strategic peers that share technology and co-build ecosystems. Their cooperation has also expanded from "Newcapec Serving Huawei" to "Huawei Empowering Newcapec." Huawei and its related ecosystem products have gradually become key suppliers and strategic partners for Newcapec’s technological innovation. The two parties have carried out comprehensive cooperation across multiple domains, including Xinchuang adaptation, cloud computing, AI product development based on Huawei’s Pangu large model (e.g., "Xiaomei Tongxue"), and the HarmonyOS ecosystem.
In December 2023, the two parties signed a framework cooperation agreement in Shenzhen, China, marking a shift from standalone project cooperation to a new phase of full-scale strategic synergy. Leveraging their respective resource advantages and technical strengths, they focus on Newcapec’s three core business areas — smart campus, smart government and enterprise, and smart agriculture and water — to develop industry solutions built on advanced software and hardware technologies such as cloud computing, databases, IoT, big data, large models and AI, HarmonyOS and EulerOS, as well as Kunpeng and Ascend servers, empowering digital transformation and application scenario innovation across various sectors.
The partnership journey between Newcapec and Huawei is a two-way road to shared success.
