I. University Dormitory Scenario

The lock system is interconnected with campus teaching, student affairs and campus card platforms to realize automatic data linkage.

New Student Enrollment: After the school completes student classification and dormitory bed allocation, the system automatically captures student status information and issues batch access permissions for corresponding dormitory locks with one click. Students can check in via physical campus cards or mobile virtual campus cards, eliminating the need for logistics staff to produce and distribute a large number of mechanical keys in a centralized manner.

Dormitory Adjustment: Once a student’s room change application is approved, the student management system updates bed information in real time. The lock background automatically revokes the access permission of the original room and activates the permission for the new dormitory, requiring no on-site lock adjustment or key replacement by dormitory administrators.
